Part 1: Squat clean and jerk

A. Squat clean and jerk; 3 triples @70-80% 1rm; rest as needed
B. Squat clean and jerk; 2 singles @85+% 1rm; rest as needed

 

Part 2: 8 min of work in 16 min of EMOM

EMOM 8-16 min:
1- 10 burpees to 15cm reach
2- 10-15 kipping hspu
3- 8-12 bar facing burpees
4- 60 double unders
* 30 sec cap for all working minutes
